To cure and prevent complaints, it is necessary to break the double vicious circle. This can be accomplished in two ways:
- correction of body posture
- expelling Binqi.
Most health problems are the result of or linked to prolonged bad body posture. Therefore, the changing of habits concerning the body posture is essential for an effective approach to cure and retain good health.
Accumulation of Binqi can lead to health problems and hinder healing. By removal of Binqi, symptoms will decrease or disappear, which makes it easier to correct the body posture.
Since health problems and their causes differ from person to person, Dr. Shen has developed different exercises. These exercises each create their own specific reactions. Every practitioner can choose the exercises which help to correct his or her body posture, expel Binqi more efficiently and break the double vicious circle.
